If you want a higher impact activity or weather is not cooperating, do each of these exercises once a week and have a total body work out each week! REMEMBER TO ASK YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO THESE EXERCISES!

Our mission for the BFit (BRimi Fitness) program is to bring image awareness to through physical fitness. Being fit and in control of your body image is a big part of feeling beautiful from within. Physical fitness helps build the confidence that we all have inside of us. We want to encourage everyone to get moving and “BFIT”.
2013 BFit Summer Launch
In 2013 BRimi and Gym360 combined their talents and provided a new innovative fitness program. The "free" program ran for 8 weeks on Saturday mornings (June 1st - July 20th). A family field day was held Saturday, July 27th for the participants and their guests to celebrate the launch of the program. Certificates and awards were given to the participants of the BFit program and field day event.
